No. You will never be bound to any form of contract without a clear agreement being made between us.

No - we are an insurance broker. We act as your agent in obtaining the best possible terms on your behalf to meet your needs. Sometimes we offer advice on the insurances you require, sometimes we respond directly to your own assessment of your needs. It will be clear to you at quotation stage in what capacity we are acting.
